Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional verification.
Shipping Availability and Rates
Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. A destination is eligible only when checkout displays an available delivery method. Some products can have different shipping availability because they are fulfilled by different partners.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, address problems, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order can ship separately and arrive on different dates. When tracking is available, it will be sent by email.
Address Changes
Review your shipping address before completing checkout. Email AmberNest@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
International Orders
When international delivery is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges unless checkout states otherwise.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Contact us at AmberNest@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. For damaged deliveries, include photos of the packaging, item, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the available carrier or fulfillment-partner process.
