Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, and similar personal-use textile products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Start a Return

Email AmberNest@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving approval. Because products can ship from different fulfillment partners, the correct return address and instructions will be provided after your return is approved. Items sent to an unapproved address might not be received.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable original shipping charges. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which can include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or card issuer.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards, final-sale items, personalized items, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned except where required by law.
